Another year, another great weekend at Mid Ohio. Once again, we got tickets to the CARA Progressive Dinner. This annual event is a fund raiser for the Championship Auto Racing Auxiliary. Fans, media personalties, sponsors, VIPs, team members and drivers go from one team hospitality tent to another sampling hour de ouvers, salads, entrees, and desserts. The results were a repeat of last year, with Gil de Ferran on the pole, and Helio Castro Neves taking the win. While Team Penske dominated, there was plenty of close competition back in the pack.
