Tech Inspections:

The team must attend one technical inspection to ensure that the car is in safe condition and that it conforms to the rules. Spare parts may be purchased at this time. Contact Jim Martin at Comair (606) 767-2708. The times for the tech inspections are:

Orientation and Practice Session:

Friday Sept. 7th, 1:00pm - 6:00 PM

There will be an official pre-race practice session at the COMAIR facillities. This is an valuable opportunity to get more detailed information about race day, and an opportunity to get seat time in the race car

Directions to COMAIR:

• I-75 South to the Erlanger Exit
• Take the Erlanger exit west (KY 236 West) This is the exit just after 275.
• Turn right at light, follow Donaldson Rd. to S. Airfield Drive (formerly called Tower Dr.)
• Turn left on S. Airfield Drive. There is a large sign on the left for Comair and Airfield Dr. there is a sign on the right that says Tower Drive.
• Follow through tunnel - at 1st stop sign , turn right.
• Follow signs to COMAIR facility.

Pre Race Banquet and Silent Auction - Coney Island Moonlite Pavilion, 6201 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati

Saturday, Sept. 8th

The pre - race banquet is a casual dinner party with a cash bar. Each team receives 10 tickets to the event as part of the event, additional tickets are available for an extra cost. The best dressed team, best looking car, and fastest tire change contests will occur during the banquet.

• 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Deliver cars to Coney Island
• 6:00 - 9:30. Banquet and Silent Auction.
